Salesforce Technical Architect

For a young and fast-growing Salesforce consultancy, we are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect. The architect we seek has robust skills and experience: he/she will act as the technical lead when developing, implementing and testing Salesforce applications at our client’s and our client’s customers’ sites. We are looking for someone who excels in communicating and collaborating with the internal and external teams and stakeholders involved in projects. This is a position for an experienced professional who aspires to play a defining technical role in a growing organisation that also develops its own innovative apps.

You offer
  • Relevant professional experience as a Technical Architect
  • A university degree in information technology or computer science
  • Extensive experience with developing and integrating Salesforce environments
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to persuade customers and (business) partners at a professional level and to lead development teams based on natural respect for your superior capabilities
  • Proficiency in delivery and pre-sales processes
  • Experience with managing multi-located teams and nearshoring
  • Experience with creating technical designs and proofs of concept
  • Structured approach, based on best practices, quality assurance and good governance
  • Willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers
  • Rational, stable personality who can operate flexibly when this is needed in a rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent command of English and Dutch
