This German company supplies products for energy supply, cable management and switchgear to companies and private individuals. Hager’s sales and marketing teams work with an innovative platform for CRM and campaign management. To make the sales and marketing processes as efficient as possible and promote adoption of the platform, Hager sought an experienced Sales & Marketing Process Expert.
The Sales & Marketing Process Expert was to play a crucial role in further digitising the business processes at Hager’s Dutch subsidiary. But it was also a role that was difficult to fill. Like many positions in new technology, the job profile called for a background in both business and IT.
